Wellness 101: Healing Herbal Honey with The Kosmic Kitchen | Extra Credit

Spend a cozy evening learning how to set up your kitchen rituals to feel grounded and nourished for fall.

In this workshop, Sarah Kate will walk you through simple ways to balance with the energetics of the season, key herbs and spices for everyday support, and how to make a delicious healing herbal honey for elixirs and meals.

Together we’ll make an adaptogenic spice blend that can be mixed into honey for an instant warming beverage. All supplies are provided and you’ll get to take a jar home with you to enjoy. There will also be some herbal treats to nibble on during the workshop.

This event is part of Extra Credit, our how-to series teaching you all the things school never will. Follow Graduate Berkeley for upcoming events.
