WHEN IS CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIME?
Check-in is 15:00. Check-out 12:00.
WHAT IS THE EARLY ARRIVAL PROCEDURE?
If your room is available upon arrival, you may check-in early. If not, luggage storage is available and you will receive a text from the front desk when your room is ready. If early arrival is essential, we strongly recommend booking a room for the night before.
WHAT IS THE LATE DEPARTURE PROCEDURE?
You may purchase late checkout for £15/hour from 12:00 – 15:00. After that, you must pay full room rate for an overnight stay.
WHAT IS THE EARLY DEPARTURE PROCEDURE?
We require at least 24-hour notice to change departure date. Advance purchase is non-refundable. Bookings via third parties require notice before change can be made.
WHAT IS THE PET POLICY?
You must inform us of your pet at the time of reservation. You will be charged £25/night for each pet. Maximum of two pets per room. Dog bed, bowl + treats are included in the fee.
IS COMPLIMENTARY WI-FI AVAILABLE?
ARE CRIBS AND ROLLAWAYS AVAILABLE?
Cribs are available at no additional cost. You may request an extra rollaway bed for £35/night. Rollaway beds are for ages 16 and under and only accommodated in the family room
ARE CONNECTING ROOMS AVAILABLE?
You must inform us of your request at the time of reservation. If no connecting rooms are available, we will try to allocate rooms as close as possible. Subject to availability and room type.
ARE ACCESSIBLE ROOMS AVAILABLE?
You must inform us of your request at the time of reservation. All bathrooms have support rails and emergency pull cords.
WHAT IS THE PARKING/VALET PROCEDURE?
Overnight self-parking is available for £21/night, valet parking has a £5 supplement. There is no need to reserve a space.
If self-parking, drive into the car park and take a ticket from the barrier. Validate your ticket with the front desk before departure.
WHICH AIRPORTS ARE CLOSEST TO THE HOTEL?
London Stansted airport.
DOES THE HOTEL OFFER AIRPORT OR TRAIN TRANSFERS?
Car services can be arranged for a fee.
CAN I TAKE PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION TO THE HOTEL?
Yes – taxi, train and bus are all available regularly and will bring guests into the city centre.
IS CAR RENTAL AVAILABLE IN THE AREA?
Yes – car rental is available nearby. The front desk can enquire on the guest’s behalf.
