After embarking on a weight loss journey myself and training for several years, I want to help motivate others to reach their own fitness goals. I’m passionate about being on the gym floor, encouraging people so they gain the confidence needed to succeed. I am also a competitive boxer and can conduct oneonone or group boxing sessions.  


I can help you achieve your goals, whether you’re interested in losing weight, building muscle, toning or improving your overall fitness. Over the last four years, I’ve gained confidence, lost weight and discovered a passion for inspiring others. I aspire to boost people’s confidence, regardless of your experience level in the gym.  


My goal is to encourage all clients to live an active lifestyle for as long as possible. I have a bachelor’s degree in sport science, as well as masters degrees in both adapted physical activities and pre/post-natal physical activities. I also specialise in senior and perimenopausal clients. In my experience, working with a personal trainer is more than just building muscles it’s improving flexibility, balance and mobility, while preventing injuries and creating lasting habits.


Once I stopped competitive swimming, I found staying in shape incredibly difficult. I’ve personally had success managing weight and maintaining fitness through both HIIT and circuit training, and recently discovered a love of resistance training as well. I feel confident training myself and others looking to gain muscle mass.
