Our comprehensive Graduate Cares plan is designed to protect the safety of our guests and employees alike. In partnership with Procter & Gamble, we have adapted our hygiene and cleanliness policies in line with the latest CDC recommendations. Our team has undergone extensive training on hygiene protocols and best practices.

When will Graduate Hotels reopen?
Because the situation varies throughout the United States, we are reopening our locations in phases. We will continue to work closely with local government and health officials to monitor and assess this situation, and we look forward to serving all our Graduate communities in the months to come.

Will the food and beverage outlets reopen with the hotels?
It depends. While we focus on safely serving our overnight guests, not every bar and restaurant will reopen at the same time as the hotel. Check the individual location page for information on food and beverage openings.

Can I make a future reservation at a hotel that's currently closed?
Yes. Most Graduate locations are currently accepting reservations starting in July. Click here to explore our hotels and make a plan to visit us in the future. Please note that this is a fluid situation and any reservations may be subject to change.

Can my college student reserve a room for the upcoming semester?

Yes. Graduate Hotels is continuing to support our local communities by opening our rooms to students starting this summer. Our special semester-long rate includes meal plan options with non-contact delivery/pickup, complimentary Internet and mini-fridge, and security for student-specific floors. What is your cancellation policy?
We are waiving cancellation fees for new and existing reservations from now through June 30, 2020. For all other cases, your existing cancellation fee still applies.
