Created in partnership with The LeBron James Family Foundation, the I PROMISE Village by Graduate Hotels serves as transitional housing for I PROMISE families in need of safe and stable housing.

With its welcoming, family-first environment, the completely renovated Village is a stepping stone for I PROMISE parents, students and siblings, providing time and resources to help them reach their next sustainable, successful chapter.

We’re incredibly grateful to the friends and partners who made this project possible through their generous contributions. With their help, the I PROMISE Village by Graduate Hotels will serve as a warm and inviting gathering place for the community for many years to come.

How We’ve Helped

Graduate renovated a historic apartment building, thoughtfully redesigning the space for I PROMISE families. After completion, the entire building was donated to the organization, so it can continue supporting at-risk elementary students for years to come.
