WHEN IS CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIME?
Check-in is 15:00. Check-out 11:00.
WHAT IS THE EARLY ARRIVAL PROCEDURE?
You may store luggage with us on the day of arrival or purchase early check-in at 14:00 for £25.
WHAT IS THE LATE DEPARTURE PROCEDURE?
You may purchase late checkout for £25/hour, subject to availability.
WHAT IS THE EARLY DEPARTURE PROCEDURE?
If you have purchased the flexible rate, let us know before 12:00 the day prior. Advanced purchase rate is non-refundable.
WHAT IS THE PARKING/VALET PROCEDURE?
Parking spaces are limited and require pre-booking using this form.
Prices begin at £45/day for overnight parking. Rates include parking from 14:00 on day of arrival until 12:00 the following day. Each additional hour is charged at £5/hour, subject to availability.
WHAT IS THE PET POLICY?
You must inform us of your pet at the time of reservation. You will be charged £35/night for each pet. Maximum of two pets per room.
IS COMPLIMENTARY WI-FI AVAILABLE?
ARE CRIBS AND ROLLAWAYS AVAILABLE?
Cribs are available at no additional cost. You may request an extra rollaway bed for £40/night.
ARE CONNECTING ROOMS AVAILABLE?
You must inform us of your request at the time of reservation. If no connecting rooms are available, we will try to allocate rooms as close as possible. Subject to availability and room type.
ARE ACCESSIBLE ROOMS AVAILABLE?
You must inform us of your request at the time of reservation. We have two accessible rooms with wet rooms and pull cords.
WHICH AIRPORTS ARE CLOSEST TO THE HOTEL?
Oxford International Airport and Heathrow International Airport.
DOES THE HOTEL OFFER AIRPORT OR TRAIN TRANSFERS?
Yes, we can arrange transportation for a fee.
CAN I TAKE PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION TO THE HOTEL?
IS CAR RENTAL AVAILABLE IN THE AREA?
